Sweetest Sisters Newborn Session, Noblesville and Fishers Newborn Photographer

So far in 2026, I've only had girls in the studio! What is in the water!? I've been incredibly fortunate that all the babies this year have been an absolute joy to photograph. They've been sleepy, perfect little bundles for me for three hours in my studio. One concern a mom had for this session was whether the big sister would cooperate for the family portion and if we could get a single family portrait, let alone a sibling shot. So you can imagine my excitement when I got to deliver this gallery with not only some wonderful family portraits but sibling portraits as well! Big sister did great! I moved quickly and kept her engaged and excited. Experience and enthusiasm are key when working with toddlers. I always do the family portion first so that any siblings can leave afterward, which helps keep them engaged. I don't make them wait around in the hot studio until the end. The family portion takes about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on the siblings and whether the baby is awake. During that time, I'm chatting with the kids and keeping them involved by letting them help take pictures with my vintage cameras that don't work anymore; they love it.
